Company Policy
Practice-Web accepts all major credit/debit cards, money order, cashier check, personal check and company check (personal/company requires 5~7 days for bank process). Unless otherwise stated on the invoice. Stated prices do not include any customs, duties, sales, use, value added, excise, federal, state, local or other taxes. All such duties or taxes shall be paid by the customer, or in lieu thereof, customer shall provide Practice-Web with an appropriate tax exemption certificate or resale number. Practice-Web charges sales tax on all shipments to California. Practice-Web accepts California reseller certificates only if they are submitted prior to purchase of the product.

Shipping

Practice-Web s attempts to ship all software orders within 1 to 2 business days and equipment order within 3 to 5 business days, unless product is on back order, limited availability or special order status. Most items are shipped using UPS standard ground transportation except software packages. Express shipments are also available upon request. Please allow 5-7 business days for all standard shipments. Exact delivery date cannot be guaranteed. Please anticipate longer delivery time around holidays. When the shipment (s) is/are Refused or undeliverable, customer will be responsible for the S&H for both the first and subsequent second redelivery.

Special Orders

To insure your complete satisfaction, certain special orders including customized products (special configurations and build to order PC's) require a 3 to 5 days lee time for quality assurance and diagnostic testing.

Back Orders

Most merchandise is shipped from our distributor’s warehouses allowing us greater control over product, shipment information, and backorders. Items placed on back order are shipped as soon as they become available.

Addressing

Practice-Web prefers to ship all packages to the billing address of the credit card. The accuracy of this address is the responsibility of the cardholder. Address corrections that are made while in transit or after delivery to a wrong address are expensed to the cardholder’s credit card as we incur charges from UPS for this service. Orders shipped to any address other than the billing address may be delayed for credit card verification.

Customer Service/Technical Support

Returns

All returns require a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. RMA can only be issued through the RMA or technical support department. To receive an RMA, please call to request information. The RMA will be issued and returned by phone call or email within 24 hours. RMA numbers are valid for a period of 14 days and then voided. Any RMA returned to us with a RMA number past the 14-day period of validity, shall be refused and sent back to the sender. It is recommended that all returns be made via a traceable carrier such as FedEx, UPS or Certified Mail. Practice-Web is not responsible for items that are misdirected or lost or damaged in shipment. RMA numbers must be legibly listed on the outside of the carton. Practice-Web does not accept any shipments without a valid RMA. All opened or used software is not refundable except as stated in the EULA license agreement. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Limitation of Liability
Practice-Web does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including any liability for products not being available for use or for lost or corrupted data or software. Practice-Web will not be liable for lost profits, loss of business or other consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided therein. Discrepancies should be reported to Practice-Web as early as possible and before the first 15 days of the invoice. After the 15 days, customer forfeits his/her claim for correction. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products or services, Practice-Web is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase(s) under this agreement.

Fair Trade and Business Policy
All pricing, shipping information is subject to change without notice. Final order specifications and amounts, including tax and shipping, will be communicated following receipt of your online order.

All products specifications are claims made by their individual manufacturer. Practice-Web will not be responsible for typographical or other errors or omissions regarding products specifications, prices or other information. All sales are subject to Practice-Web 's Term and Conditions of Sale.
